What text messages will I get from Boston Broadband?

We text about your service — appointments, technician arrivals, outages and maintenance, and support replies — only if you've opted in, and you can reply STOP at any time to stop them.

Our text messages are opt-in. We send them about your broadband service: technician appointment scheduling and reminders, technician arrival updates, network outage and maintenance notifications, support ticket updates, and replies from our support team.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can be a customer and never receive a text.

The full terms are at /legal/terms/sms, and how we handle your mobile number is covered in the privacy policy at /legal/privacy. Those pages are the authoritative version — this article is a summary of them and does not change them.
