By using Boston Broadband's services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use. These terms govern your access to and use of our network and services. Please read them carefully.

Billing

Customers are billed monthly in advance for services. Payments are due by the date specified on the invoice. Late fees may apply to overdue balances. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service for non-payment.

Account Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by providing notice as specified in your service agreement. Boston Broadband reserves the right to terminate your account for violations of our Acceptable Use Policy or other terms of service.

Acceptable Use Policy

Our services must be used for lawful purposes only. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, transmitting illegal material, unauthorized access to other systems, and activities that interfere with the performance of our network or the use of the service by other customers.

Service Plan Usage (Residential / Small Business / Dedicated Circuits)

Service plans are designed for specific use cases. Residential plans are for personal, non-commercial use. Small Business plans are for standard business operations. Dedicated Circuits provide guaranteed bandwidth for enterprise needs. Use of a residential plan for commercial purposes is prohibited.

General Conditions

Boston Broadband provides services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for 100% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify our services and these terms at any time.
